Lisa Mullis, your Messaging Mentor and Copy Coach
As a copywriter and designer with 20+ years of entrepreneurial experience, I help seasoned service-based professionals look, sound, and sell like the high-value experts they are.
I primarily work with Gen X and young Boomer coaches, consultants, and creatives in mid- to late-career transition, either moving out of corporate into entrepreneurship or making a pivot in their business. They’ve accumulated a lot of expertise and lived experience, but because they’re doing something new, their confidence is often (understandably) low. This leads to a tendency to undercharge or work for free in order to “gain experience”—even when they’ve already proven themselves to be highly competent, committed professionals many times over.
I spent the first 16 years of my career as a graphic and web designer. During that time, the number one thing clients always struggled with was COPY. They didn't have the words for the design—either none at all or not the right ones—and therefore the messaging fell flat. Messaging doesn’t work without good words and marketing doesn’t work without solid messaging.
I couldn't stand to simply "make things look pretty" with design when it was the messaging that needed to be addressed first. Plus, I'd been formally trained as a copywriter! So I dusted off my Journalism degree and got to work.
What I've learned in the 5+ years since, is that creating great brand messaging isn't just about the words. It's about the process you go through to get to the words. It's a deep, enriching, and business-changing process, best done with structure, support, and mentorship which is why I created Client Attraction Accelerator.

Write & Edit (weeks 4-7)
- Craft the language to expertly respond to the ‘What do you?’ question in all its many forms
- Develop key messaging components such as offer descriptions, customer-centric intro, professional bio, headlines, and calls-to-action to use in a variety of situations
- Have the words to position and present your offers in their highest value so prospects can quickly see you’re the obvious solution to meet their needs
